The Senior Business Analyst private banking is responsible of the implementation of our banking solution during client bank onboarding projects on our platform in Switzerland or abroad.
Analysis, development and evaluation activities :
Gap analysis on various functional banking domains;
Analysis of the client’s business needs;
Specifications definition and needs modeling;
Direct handling or implementation of streams related to the project : process definition, process optimization, Target Operating Model, writing of specifications, report / minutes writing, migration data mapping, system configuration, testing and defects management, deployment, training, change management and user support.
Organization, management and implementation activities :
Manage project plan;
Assistance in the definition and implementation of the Target Operating Model of the Client Bank;
Process modelling and implementation;
Writing of operational workflow diagrams;
Tests and defect management;
Manage project risks and issues;
Conduct the project through monitoring and relevant feedback on the progress, risks and challenges of the project with consideration of the needs for decisions or alerts.
Communication, contact, moderation or sales activities :
Active collaboration with clients during sale phases to propose scenarios and implementation budgets to prospects;
Assistance with the sales process to find solutions and size projects;
Change management and trainings;
Animation of committees / sessions in the framework of project governance;
Relations with Top Management of Client Banks to monitor their satisfaction on the project;
Reporting to Azqore Top management on the project;
Project management in collaboration with the strategic stakeholders of the Client Banks and continuous progress communication to governing instances (Steering Committees, Comex members, ...).
Financial and control activities
Budget monitoring of the project;

Minimal education level
Postgraduate degree MA / MSc / PhD / Doctorate or equivalent
Academic qualification / Speciality
Higher Education / Master level
PMP (or equivalent) certification is a plus
3 years in Banking project management / Business Analysis
Level of minimal experience
Demonstrated experience in bank integration as a global project manager in large IT or organizational projects.
Transverse knowledge of Private Banking and banking processes.
Deep knowledge in at least one domain below is required :
Operations and trading (in particular FX Treasury and Derivatives);
Risks, Credits and Permanent Control;
Discretionary asset management and Advisory;
Tax, Regulatory reporting, Fatca, US / EU tax and Suitability.
PROFESSIONAL SKILLS (hard skills) :
Banking sector knowledge;
Wealth Management sector knowledge;
Knowledge of one Core Banking System;
Usual desktop and presentation tools;
Team management skills;
Project management skills;
