You are responsible to maximize the value of Business TechnologySolutions, as well as for the oversight for the delivery of all IT services intothe Swiss Affiliate aligned with regional / global IT strategies.

In thisposition you are playing an imperative role in the planning and direction of technologyimplementation alongside the Commercial teams, Affiliate leadership, and all otherfunctions.

You are the recognized go-to person for technology leadership withinthe Affiliate.

Your main focuswill be :

  • Takinga leading role in both internal and external business technology projects fromplanning to execution. Shape business strategy in areas where technology andinnovation can play a significant role
  • Deliveringprojects based on knowledge of business strategy play a full and integratedrole in the strategic and, where possible, the tactical planning process withinthe business
  • Understandingbusiness through creating a strong partnership with the affiliate leadershipteam, brand teams, and all business functions to provide innovative andvalue-added IT services and build new capabilities
  • Sellingthe value and benefits of Commercial IT capabilities across all areas ofcompetency (i.e. digital, analytics, Infield solutions including CRM / CLM / BA, mobile, infrastructure, business applications and emerging technologies)
  • Buildingand efficiently sustaining digital capabilities to enable affiliate MultiChannel Management Strategy and influencing the organization by leading theDigital Transformation
  • Providingthe affiliate high-quality advice on the use of technology. Ensure that globaland regional IT Operations and Services are delivered to a high-standard and inline with affiliate requirements
  • Managingoverall IT budget and long-term strategy
  • In this role you are directly reporting to the Europe South BTS Director,and dotted line reporting to affiliate General Manager.
  • Qualifikationen

  • Bachelor’sor Master’s Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science, or equivalent
  • 10+years of significant IT Consultancy or IT Professional experience
  • Anability to work effectively and highly interactively with all levels ofmanagement
  • Strongverbal and written communication skills, including fluent command of German(mother tongue level strongly preferred) and English (additional EuropeanLanguages are a big plus)
  • Anability to work effectively and highly interactively with all levels ofmanagement
  • Strongstrategic thinking, organizational, planning and problem-solving skills
  • Experiencein analyzing, designing and improving business processes
  • Experienceof Software Life Cycle and managing end-to-end delivery of high impact, largescale programs / projects
  • Managementof all IT external service providers and vendors
  • Knowledgeand experience of the technology and digital landscape to enable affiliate MCMstrategy by building required digital channels including mobile, web, portals,SEO, SEM, analytics, and social media
  • Experiencein building digital strategies (both communications and platforms) and runningdigital marketing projects
