Based in Latin America) We are transforming HR for the people, the business, the function Nestlé, Sao Paulo, Brazil Undefined period of time, 100% In the context of our HR Transformation, we are strengthening our Talent function and are creating regional Centers of Competence (CoC) which will deliver a high quality Talent portfolio of services to Markets, from Talent acquisition, Talent planning, Leadership and team development, to Learning and capability building.

We are looking for a Learning Coordinator for the CoC for Latin America based in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Reporting to the Regional Learning Capability Development Manager -

E&T Pillar, you will be responsible for providing support to the Nestlé Learning & Capability building community ensuring an impeccable execution of the Learning portfolio within the Region.

In this role, you focus on the roll-out of all the operational and administrative processes needed for the implementation of classrooms, MOOCs, virtual learning events, workshops, etc.

You work in strict collaboration with the Regional Program Managers and the Learning Specialist to ensure the end-to-end roll-

out of the Learning Solutions. Key responsibilities

  • Partner with Program Managers to identify the key success factors for the roll-out of their portfolio based on the selected delivery channels
  • Collaborate with Global Nestlé Business Services (GNBS) to ensure a smooth execution of the participant's admission process and the completion of the learning assessment process and collect the related data for measuring learning effectiveness
  • Coordinate the organization of the logistics and of the technologies needed for the delivery of the learning solutions, partnering especially with the local teams of the Markets and ensure the learning materials are available and distributed before, during and after the intervention
  • Coordinate the organization of the different learning sessions, providing support and administrative services to Trainers, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and external contributors
  • Support Program Managers and Learning Technology Specialists during the phase of roll-out of digital based learning solutions, ensuring an efficient use of the IT systems / tools and of the Learning platforms
  • Support Corporate and Regional Program Managers during the phase of collection of the regional learning needs.
  • Interface with the learners to inform them about all the organizational elements of their learning experience (eg. use of the technologies, logistics including meals, hotels, etc.)
  • Provide data and relevant information to the Corporate Learning and Capability development team to build the global Dashboards and measure the selected KPIs
  • Support the organization of the external leadership learning expeditions in the Region, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in the execution of the administrative tasks
  • Education and experience

  • Degree in Education, Management or Psychology
  • 2+ years’ experience Learning & Trainings activities, including the organization of face-to-face and virtual trainings.
  • Understanding of Learning design principles and Digital learning technologies & platforms, iLearn knowledge.
  • Understanding of HR data structures such as Success Factors and SAP
  • Experience in using MS office package at high level
  • Effective verbal and written communications skills
  • Fluent in English, other languages of the region would be a plus
