Your day-to-day responsibilities include :
You are responsible for the day-to-day production supervision of personnel within repair cells as defined by the Production Supervisor within the Warranty and Service Centre
You will ensure achievement of output targets to satisfy customer and business requirements in a safe, effective, and efficient manner.
You are responsible for the wellbeing and supervision of shop floor personnel to ensure appropriate skills and processes are in place to satisfy the business needs whilst maintaining a fulfilling work environment.
You will provide manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data, answering questions and responding to requests.
You will be planning, monitoring and appraising job results; coaching, mentoring, and dealing with disciplinary issues as required
facilitating improvement actions within process control points
You must maintain a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources, maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures
You will identify and plan training requirements as well as perform individual performance reviews

You deliver adherence to appropriate Service Level Agreements
You focus on quality, monitoring and improving 1st Time Pass rate, Double Returns and performance delivery to avoid any customer escalations
You identify cost saving initiatives to improve CPU performance and ensure budget adherence
Skills we can’t do without :
You have a minimum of 2 years previous experience in a supervisory capacity (>
30 people) within a reverse logistic environment
You have experience of ISO9001 and other regulatory requirements including HSE
You have profound experience of report generation and analysis of issues
You are a positive and enthusiastic leader able to drive improvement and change
You are dynamic and meticulous with a proven analytical ability
You have strong PC literacy with experience of all Microsoft office packages and advanced Excel in particular
Skills we’d like :
HNC / HND qualified in a relevant discipline
You have a validated understanding of Lean Manufacturing tools and techniques
