I am seeking an experienced scientist within antibody discovery or engineering with immuno-oncology experience. The Role : The role is responsible for input and oversight for research within antibody discovery / engineering, directed towards the therapeutic implication of this within a variety of solid and blood-borne tumour types.
Further Key Responsibilities : Identify new therapeutic concepts to build the portfolio in immune-oncology Lead / participate in cell line engineering activities.
Generate synthetic and immune phage display libraries Lead, develop, perform and analyse immunological assays Perform cell culture, including primary human cultures, development and maintenance of cell lines.
Contribute to inter-disciplinary research efforts in a cross-functional setting. Your Background : PhD in life science Proven experience in : vector biology, codon optimization, cell line genetic characterization, and vector construction.
Assay experience : immune profiling using multi-colour flow cytometry, multiplex cytokine profiling, gene expression profiling, ELISA, binding assays and functional primary human cell-based assays for the characterization of novel biological candidates.
