presentations and correspondences drafting- travel & itineraries arrangements- meeting organization including catering management-
expenses reports- board members support- support the Executive Assistant for various tasks (travel arrangement, documents preparation, quarterly meeting organization)-
back-up the Executive Assistant (diary, travel and meeting organization, gate-keeper for the COO)- archivesDescription du profil : You are willing to work every morning on a 50% or 60 % basis.
You are fluent in French and English (C1-C2 level required). German is a strong plus.You know how to prioritize your tasks and identify what is urgent and important.
As a nice team member, you are used and able to work and act a duo with the Executive Assistant.You have outstanding communication skills and a hands-
on experienceYou are service oriented and a solution finder.
