JOB DESCRIPTION : Reporting to the Program Manager - CRM & Digital Applications, the Sr. CRM Developer will work as part of a global development team to design, implement, test and deploy customizations and integrations in support of mission critical business applications utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and CRM analysts to understand and translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
The candidate will be responsible for developing, documenting, testing and deploying CRM solutions using Scrum and Agile methodologies and providing technical and architectural guidance to third party contractors and developers who may be involved in CRM projects.
The Candidate should have good communication skills and have experience leading team meetings.
