Cyber Risk Services at Deloitte
In a rapidly changing world where information is the new currency, the corresponding information security and privacy have become a board level challenge.
Deloitte has the largest Cyber capability of the Big 4 in the European marketplace with over 600 Cyber Risk Specialists staffing thousands of client engagements.
The team combines a wealth of deep industry knowledge and technical expertise.
Within the Cyber team, we provide our clients a full spectrum of security and privacy services, from strategy to large-scale transformation programmes, fixing security issues and delivering tangible benefits.
Leading security and privacy experts with the right level of intellectual curiosity drive our business. You will be continuously challenged, build leadership skills and long lasting relationships with a team that respects you and is fun to work with.
In addition, you can drill deep and become a specialist within an industry sector or grow as a generalist.
What you need
A broad range of information and cyber experience as well as a few years specializing in one or two sub-domains (for example, but not exhaustive : advanced threat readiness and protection, application protection, identity and access management, incident response, information privacy and protection, cyber risk analytics, vulnerability management, war gaming)
Strong interpersonal skills and experience of developing strong relationships while demonstrating significant influencing abilities, either as a consultant or as a staff member within an organisation
A track record of successfully delivering information and cyber security projects, both as a subject matter expert and in a project management role
The ideal candidate will have a Big 4 cyber consulting background; failing this you should have demonstrable evidence of extraordinarily high quality deliverables (or outstanding academic transcript) in a high pressure environment
Certifications such as the CISSP and PMP, or others indicating deep specialist capabilities, are advantageous
Highly fluent English and German skills, both written and verbal, are required; French skills are strongly desired. One of these three languages must be native-level
What you’ll do
Deliver a portfolio of cyber related engagements across our business, including effective people management on client engagements and working seamlessly and collaboratively with colleagues in other parts of the organisation and around the globe
Lead small to mid sized engagements, with the limited support of senior team leaders, including providing guidance to more junior staff and serving as the primary day-to-day interaction point for the client
Support proposition owners by developing materials, identifying training paths and providing insight during engagements
Maintain relationships developed during the course of engagements or formed at security events with the purpose of later leveraging those relationships for sales-related activities
Work with the leaders in our Cyber Risk Services team and other specialist areas, such as our technology consulting specialists, to develop and implement existing and new market propositions across a number of industries
We look forward to hearing from you!
