YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a key player of the implementation of BRP "Dealer Value Proposition" and the Network Transformation in EMEA, the Network Development Team Leader is responsible for implementing the strategy and coordinate its execution with BRP’s distribution network of Dealers and Distributors in Europe, Middle-East, Africa (EMEA).
He participates in the elaboration of the various network programs and oversees their deployment to improve network coverage and improve network quality and focus on retail and consumer experience.
He is committed to delivering the best Dealer / Distributor Value Proposition to our EMEA partners and supports the entire network development team.
This role is responsible for following the process for dealers and distributors lifecycle in line with BRP’s Certification Program, Contract renewal and Coverage Strategy as well as maintaining all documents and systems (SAP) in full compliance with country laws and BRP guidelines.
The Team Leader is reporting to the EMEA Network Development and Business Intelligence Manager and is responsible for direct supervision of a small team of Network Coordinators and Advisors with dotted lines to several field advisors located in the markets.
The position involves strong interactions with EMEA Management Committee leaders and their teams, notably Directors of Sales, Finances, Marketing and After-Sales, the Global Teams in Canada / USA as well as the various EMEA local offices.
The position also includes coordination of key projects and implementation of new tools and initiatives.
The responsibilities are :
Oversee a small team of Network Development Coordinators that execute the opening & closing of dealers and distributors Ensure the team properly follows the processes for New Dealer Opening and Termination, including SAP Customer Data management in our ERP.
Coordinate the subsequent Onboarding process for approved new dealers Continuous improvement on tools, process and tracking of progress Ensure Customer Master Data maintenance in BRP’s ERP (SAP and 1C systems)
Oversee the Network Development field advisors based in local offices and their prospecting activities to execute the Network Coverage Optimization strategy (NCO) Work with Global teams to develop, execute and track EMEA Network growth plan Conduct detailed Network Coverage Analysis based on potential and generate prioritization of open points and tools to set up for success the field advisors in the local offices Coordinate prospecting efforts in local markets with the field advisors, prioritize the open points using NCO methodology, provide supporting tools and report progress
Coordinate various Quality Programs to improve performance and Consumer Experience delivered by our network Support dealers in improving their practices by coordinating the EMEA Certification Program Ensure accuracy of data, alignment of systems, with strong ownership Produce and train internal stakeholders and Dealers on program improvements and tools at Sales Meeting and Dealer / Distributor meetings
Responsible for BRP’s Dealer Image (Exterior Signage and Retail Environment) to elevate and harmonize the quality of our network in line with BRP’s global branding guidelines Coordinate the Retail Environment and Exterior Signage program, supplier and tools with the help of Global Teams to improve BRP branding and premium image in our retail stores Manage the BRP Center strategic program
Network department projects : Strong involvement in Territory Action Plan implementation to support our network growth efforts and dealer improvement efforts to maximize their profitability Implement new upcoming tools developed by Global headquarters into EMEA Pursue BRP Russia’s process migration and alignment with BRP EMEA to ensure smooth change management, process improvement and efficiency.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
University or business school degree
5+ years of professional experience in network coordination, project management, marketing or retail sales environment
Able to operate in a complex international business environment and matrix organization
Experience in Automotive, Industrial or Powersport domain is a plus
Fluent in English (main working languages). French is a plus but not required
Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks
Project management skills, structured thinking
Autonomy and self-leadership in relation to the task’s delivery
Highly motivated and proactive individual willing to take initiative
Ownership to drive results
Ability to manage employees and dealers, build relations and communicate efficiently
Excellent analytical capabilities and manipulation of data with strong accuracy
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
This position is based in Lausanne, Switzerland.
