What you will do
In this position you are responsible for service and installation of our liquid handling and detection equipment. You perform problem diagnosis, service, preventative maintenance, installations and train our customers on the use and maintenance of our equipment.
To some extent you will also have the opportunity to develop and implement applications. Sharing information obtained from unique problems or specialized trainings with the rest of your team and within Tecan is as important as keeping records of service calls and other service documentation.
