Job DescriptionIn this role, your main responsibility is to provide a strong support the Sales Controlling team while ensuring company procedures.Main tasks will include :
Swatch POS Sell out reports :
Generate daily sales reportsCollecting, collating, monitoring & analysing weekly sell out reports for corporate & franchising POS from subsidiaries & agents (Mid-
Month and End of Month)Manage weekly sell out reportsUpdate Monthly Best Seller listsManagement presentations of sell out per requestCollaboration in the development of automated reporting tools for above reports.
Coordinate with HQ and the marketsOn going improvement of reportings
Sales coordination support :
Send daily updated report to RSMPrepare the weekly reportsProactive follow up with Retail Mgr of the POS report
Follow up of the sales budgets and business plans :
Control the accuracy of the business plansManage sales budgets and business plans reports
Your ProfileAutonomous and responsible, in this position your flexibility, priority management, attention to detail and organisational skills will be called upon.
Extraordinary customer service and communication skills will also be a great asset.
Professional RequirementYou bring a commercial degree with min. 2 years’ experience in a similar position in Sales Analysis.
With your dynamic personality, you enjoy working with numbers and know how to deal with fast-paced, international environments.
Advances skills in Excel are mandatory.
