PersonnelManagement & Development - Coach, motivate and engage direct reports associate’s performanceand engagement
3-5 years’ experience in product management, businessdevelopment and / or sales and service role in a relevant high-tech industry
3 years of working in international environments,esp. with stakeholders in APAC highly desired
Proven track record in product planning, defining andlaunching successful products, unifying product portfolios and drive thecommercialization of products
Relevant and repeated successes in leading innovationprojects and implementing Digital Solutions in products of the Measurement orQuality Assurance area
Demonstrated success in leading innovation projects,launch and commercialization of products
first experience in strategy development as well asdefinition and evaluation of complex business cases
Bachelor Degree in Engineering or businessadministration
Specialization in digital, software, innovationprocesses is a plus; expert in digital Microscopy
Excellent English (spoken & written), Germandesirable
Travel : 30% of time
