As the Systems and Applications Landscape Manager you will be responsible for developing the concepts, the planning and driving the execution and implementation of the non-functional and technical activities required to run ASPIRE solutions (access & identity management, new batch job scheduling tool, job monitoring, handover to current organizations, implementation of IT controls, etc ).

This includes conceptualizing, managing and coordinating the overall non-functional and technical deliverables aligned with the project and program plans.

You will manage the dependencies and sequencing of activities across the IT workstreams to reflect lead times and ensure adequate planning for the IT activities and driving project alignment across all IT workstreams.

Your primary responsibilities include : Plan the timely provisioning of all IT (SAP and non SAP) systems and SAP clients and align plans with the needs of the projects in scope of the ASPIRE program, including the set up of interfaces to partner systems, printers, batch jobs, data loads, etc.

g. for data migration test runs or training) in coordination with ASPIRE project managers, team leads, system owners, architecture and SAP basis team, and IT infrastructure services and external cloud suppliers as needed, including the planning of release upgrades, system refreshes, cutovers, etc.

This includes SAP / non-SAP, on premise / Cloud solutions that are managed by ASPIRE or partners. Manage, align and reconcile technical activities and integration topics across the different IT functions and project teams, e.

g. software upgrades, system (data) refreshes, SAP client copies, installations, PoCsOversee and track the execution of IT provisioning according to above plan working in close partnership with the IT workstreamsDeliver and own consistent concepts for cross / non-functional configuration across ASPIRE systemsAlign on technical requirements or solutions across the ASPIRE system landscapeAct as delegate or support system owners with the implementation of IT controls and support processes in line with the agreed support strategyManage risk and issues, including resolution of conflicting requirements concerning system provisioningReport status to project and program management and leadership teamsEnsure compliance with Roche and Industry standards, rules and regulationsAct as SPOC for non-functional and technical topics in (system) audits and reviewsYou bring the following qualifications : Masters, MBA degree level or equivalent in business or ITProven track record of managing successfully large scale global IT transformational projects and programs12+ years of hands on experience in project management, focusing on implementation projects, typically in the area of Lifesciences and IT, 10+ years of functional SAP configuration or development experience on large project implementations, preferably in the Life Science industryExcellent knowledge and experience in SAP technology related topics (on premise and cloud), such as system landscape and client concepts, software logistics / transport management, security / authorizations / roles, interface technologies, archiving, printers, data volume management, UI / Fiori, localization, cloud-ready extension technologies, data masking.
