The Associate Director, Global Medical Affairs, Strategic Collaborations & Partnerships lead for BMS activities related to Public Private Partnerships in Hematology.
He / she will interact with all relevant internal stakeholders (e.g. Medical Affairs Teams, Research & Development, Project Leadership, Market access, Marketing, etc.
as well as with all relevant external stakeholders (e.g. HCPs, Coop Group, Medical Societies).The responsibilitiesof the Associate Director, Global Medical Affairs, Strategic Collaborations and Partnership include, but are not limited to : Implementation and oversight of Public Private Partnerships for Hematology : To serve as the primary point of contact for all of the I.
M.I. projects across hematology and CAR T (e.g. HARMONY, HARMONY Plus, T2Evolve).Be communication lead for senior leadership (internally & externally) for endorsement of key activities, e.
g. data sharing approval.To oversee the tracking of BMS’ financial and in kind commitments for all hematology and CAR T IMI related projects.
Act as governance lead in the IMI committees : Executive Committee, Steering Committee, Ethical Committee.Initiate and manage collaborations between key stakeholders in public and private space, including pharmaceutical company EFPIA partners.
Represent P.P.P. hematology projects to senior management in governance forums.Participate actively in the development and sustainability plans for the IMI projects (e.
g. HARMONY as a member of the Executive Committee).Serve as the Hematology Project Lead for all IMI BMS initiatives and have an active part in the BMS IMI core team.
Represent BMS in the identification and assessment of any potential new strategic collaborations and partnerships in hematology, with new public or / and private partners.

Good knowledge of European regulations and heath care systems and practices / organizations / structuresStrong experience in drug development from early phase to late phase.
Excellent understanding of pharmaceutical business needs and Institutional & Healthcare compliance.Excellent communication (oral / written) and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate and coordinate across multiple disciplines.
Proactive with an ability to multitask and prioritize.Excellent in building relationships with HCPs and strong network building skills.
Scientific and / or Medical background. Ability to learn quickly and continuously.Functional and Line management of teams in an international and multi-cultural environment.
