Your field of responsibility

You will be responsible for leading regulatory and strategic challenges on resolution planning for Credit Suisse. In this position you will think strategically in order to develop and implement smart solutions.

You will be part of a complex regulatory program requiring to you to oversee the end-to-end the design, development and implementation of processes and solutions.

This role is highly collaborating with stakeholders from various divisions and functions globally. You will have contact with experts and senior leaders, giving you an opportunity to get key insights into the organization and providing an excellent platform to build a broad, cross-functional network within the bank.

Your skills and experience

We are looking for outstanding leaders and problem-solvers with a positive mindset and the drive to define and implement the resolution planning requirements, someone who :

  • Has a university degree (Master or equivalent) preferably in business, finance and / or legal
  • Has at least 3 years of professional experience in the banking industry and experience in project management
  • Has regulatory knowledge and understanding of banking and financial markets
  • Shows strategic and analytical thinking combined with result-orientation and pragmatic imple-mentation capabilities
  • Has a high attention to detail coupled with a top-down perspective
  • Is a team player with strong stakeholder management and communication skills in English and German
