LAUNCH INNOVATIONS IN NEARLY EVERY COMMERCIAL AND DEFENSE AIRCRAFT PLATFORM

A rare opportunity has become available for a diligent and competent Quality Manager to join us on our site in Murten. As our QM, you'll be responsible for guiding the site to further develop and perfect its current quality standards in keeping with expected regulations including ISO9001

Principal Responsibilities

Quality Strategy and vision

Ensure that employees across SBC understand the Quality vision, installing a mindset in all employees of the importance of Quality

Quality Management Systems

Develop and implement across SBC the internal quality procedures, policies and processes, and amend the Quality Management System, in order that quality standards are achieved and adhered to in all areas of the business.

Product Quality Assurance

Ensure that independent product testing procedures are implemented in order that the level and volume of Quality problems that the customers experience is minimized.

Serve as the key customer-facing quality manager representing SBC product quality.

Best practice

  • Use of sound risk mitigation techniques, and a proactive approach to preventative action.
  • Supervisory Responsibilities

    Direct Functional responsibility for quality team members in Murten

    You're offering these qualifications

    You must have

    Educated to minimum of degree level in a Technical and / or Business discipline. Bachelor’s Degree preferred

    Minimum 5 years Quality Assurance experience in electronics based products

    Experience as Quality Manager

    Knowledge of and experience in working within an ISO9001 framework

    Excellent problem solver, able to use sound analytical and problem-solving skills to achieve good results.

    In depth knowledge of quality and industrial standards

  • High level of technical aptitude and understanding, able to understand and work with technical processes and documentation.
  • Customer care oriented

    Languages : Fluent in German or French and English
