In this role, you will be a member of the cross-functional Global Brand Team (GBT) for a Respiratory launch asset who works in close collaboration with Global Program Team (GPT) and CPOs to maximize brand value across all customer groups.
You will provide leadership to the brand team on all aspects of development and execution of commercial strategy and launch strategy for assigned brand.
Your responsibilities will include
Drive key commercial processes in alignment with the Global Brand Team : lead and implement product strategy (integrated product strategy), competitor readiness and integrated tactical plan
Design competitive simulation scenarios (as part of competitor readiness) to identify trends, opportunities and threats (worldwide and in key local markets) for product group, and propose corresponding measures
Lead digital and innovative projects
Lead global congress and event preparation, commercial booth design and messages
Develop sales forecasts scenarios and ensures budgets and resources are effectively managed within agreed limits and plans are effectively implemented
Experienced Worldwide Associate Brand Director with at least 8-10 years of operational sales and marketing experience in a country with focus on extensive product / brand management
Significant US, big EU country, large CPO commercial experience
Therapeutic Area experience in Respiratory as well as launch experience with new products or major line extensions
Effective people leader with proven experience and a track record of people leadership
Experienced in managing PEC level interactions independently and maturely
