Eduardo G.; Director of Technology - Infrastructure & OperationsReporting to the Head of Support & Operations and representing the Infrastructure & Operations department, the EMEA FSS Manager leads the Field Services and Support (FSS) teams.
The role is principally accountable for driving through positive change in the European Technology organisation to ensure consistent alignment and evolution within a number of key IT areas, notably IT support & engineering, service delivery, project management, budget control and business reporting.
The ultimate aim being to deliver a customer-centric, truly value-added service to each business user, actively engaging these users in the technology available to them.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?Your main responsibilities will be to : Act as the "face of Group Technology for the Business" : Represent Group Technology across EMEA, act as the Point of Contact for Richemont and its Maisons across the region, understand business requirements and exercise the unique capability to act as a relay between the local and central teams and supporting the organization's goals and objectives.
Deliver a unique, seamless and equal customer-excellence across the region : Drive alignment and change in the respective European countries in relation to the role definitions, associated teams and the respective working practises based on the FSS organisational template underpinned with being a Business enabler at the heart of all activities Partner with the Regional and Brand IT Teams to create and maintain alliances to Champion the user experienceSupport measurement and improvement : Push through real service improvement initiatives defined together with your peers and direct reports in order to positively transform the way IT support, customer satisfaction and technology promotion is delivered and communicated to end users.
Implement SLA / KPIs and actively engage feedback from the Business in a constant aim to strive for continuous improvementAct as a Trusted-Advisor for the Business : Represent Group Technology across the EMEA business, have the unique capability to translate business needs into IT requirements.
Work with PMO and leadership Group Technology team to represent the business across the Technology organizationTeam Management : Manage a team of talented and devoted IT Managers across EMEA, responsible for hiring, training, and developing the team as well as setting clear and measurable goals that will facilitate employee development and career opportunitiesChange Management : Promote Group Technology solutions across the business, explain, provide coaching and training and ensure customer satisfaction by providing state-of-the-art support to each internal customerProject management and delivery : Bring local project initiatives and planning visibility to Infra & Ops department and ensure respective centrally driven projects are successfully deployedHOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US?
You have a higher-education degree in computer science or information systems management (University, BSc / MSc) with 5-10 years of experience in similar position for multinational company.
You have a strong experience in managing local and international teams, excellent interpersonal and communication skills and excellent knowledge of IT systems & methodology, telephony, and digital workplace collaboration solutions.
You are capable of delivering coherent and easy to understand presentation to Senior Management and C-Level staff.You are fluent (written and spoken) in English and French, any other European language is a plus.
