This position within the Global Sales & Marketing organization is highly visible and strategic and manages a team of 6 Business Analysts and Pricing Managers.
Responsible for managing the company's pricing strategy execution. Define the best tools and processes in order to support profitable growth, transparency, speed and agility thru smart pricing.
Responsible for managing and developing the company s Business Insight solutions for the Global Commercial team.
What you will do :
Pricing and Discount management Actively participate in reshaping a more agile process to achieve our strategic pricing objectives Ensure the end-to-end pricing management from List price setting in local currency to Net price after discounting is aligned with our strategic goals Align NPI discounting strategy with Product Divisions, manage, control and implement global discounting optimization strategy Participate in AOP strategic decisions with company top management, define price impact targets by zone and nature, collect and challenge commercial operations feedback Input as required into compensation and rewards mechanism Organise regular reviews and alignment meetings with finance to facilitate consolidation of pricing variance analysis Develop business insights on pricing and discounting trends Leverage existing tools to monitor discounting and net pricing and enhance them as needed Manage relationship with 3rd party CPQ analytics supplier together with the MI Sourcing team Upgrades & enhancements of the CPQ analytics algorithms Business and technical support on pricing and discounting issues Technical implementations based on new requirements
BI Management Support the Commercial team through design and implementation of relevant insights & reports as per business needs Create a 3-year vision for future company predictive analytics and business insights capabilities Coordinate the accessibility of other reports & dashboards through the Commercial BI home page;
develop and implement BI roadmap Ensure data security is maintained while providing the right information to the right people Continuous innovation and communication with new functionalities, requirements and solutions Manage and support BI integrations
What you need to have :
Hands-on experience with pricing strategies and tactics
Proven track record as a pricing professional (algorithm management) in a data-driven environment
Experience in implementations of company-wide BI solutions, preferably Power BI
Ability to create, develop and evaluate practical solutions from complex topics with multiple stakeholder interests.
Strong background in working with and understanding data with a hands-on approach
Strong business acumen
Excellent communication skills. Results driven, problem solving
Strong leadership and management skills. Curious and aware of the BI trends
English is a must. Any other language is a plus
