In charge of managing the Group Finance. Planning & Consolidation (a.k.a. SEM) team within the Global Richemont Enterprise Application Services (EAS) with direct report to the Integration Manager Finance.
Provides high level of IT expertise in the area of group finance for MNC, with SAP tools like SEM-BCS, BPC, IP and SAC.
Design, realization and continuous improvement of the Group Finance template for legal consolidation, management reporting, group budget planning and forecast and other group wide info provider and applications
In charge of supporting and streamlining the organization, documentation and testing along the IT implementation
Act as facilitator to optimize interaction between functional and technical consultants and between business functions, such as Group Accounting and Reporting, Group Planning & Analysis, Group Real Estate
This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic IT-Finance professional to redesign and lead Richemont’s finance application with his team into a new era (S / 4, Group Reporting, SAC) and to ensure high integration with the operating systems of the entities and brands.
Being part of the EAS extended management team Develop and maintain with Brands & Richemont business functions a global template based on the Richemont business model Ensure implementation of the strategic direction given by the EAS integration management Ensure implementation and maintenance of the global template in terms of systems, processes & functions on a worldwide scale Translate the strategic MBO (Management by Objectives) process by defining and applying SMART objectives for the team Actively participate in the budget set up & LE review of the responsible area
Managing and Developing teams in close collaboration with the integration manager Conduct and effectively implement the individual performance management process of the SEM team and propose compensation reviews where and when appropriate Prepare development plan with team members Set up & ensure different roles and responsibilities (project manager, integration expert, support coordinator) are appropriately filled and assumed in the team Set up & ensure responsibility matrix incl. deputies
Ensure efficient and smooth information and communication flow within the SEM team and as well a thorough communication across teams and good integration of external team members
Being in charge of business area Group Finance, Planning & Consolidation (f.k.a. SEM) Design & implementation of a global template solution with key focus on BI, BPC, BCS in close cooperation with business responsible (BPI, experts and key users) Transform the exiting architecture in line with the targeted finance IT architecture (e.

PRE-REQUISITES FOR THE JOB
University degree in information technology or finance
Areas of competencies
Proven experience in managing teams (projects or within an IT organization)
Proven experience in one or several of SAP BI, BPC, BCS, SAC
Proven experience with financial subjects, such as consolidation, margin elimination, accounting, management accounting, FP&A
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Solid integration knowledge with SAP ECC and / or S / 4 modules
Credibility as a central contact for the finance business community
Min. 6 years SAP experience
Several SAP implementations
French as a plus
