At this stage, we can tell you that the company is based in the French part of Switzerland, but this position can be based everywhere in Europe.

They develop complex electronic and mechatronic systems. It is a middle size company with a few production sites worldwide.

The swiss headquarters is about a few hundred people.

The role in a nutshell :

The main objective is to follow new EMEA business opportunities and convert them into projects for the company. In addition to new targeted opportunities, you will further expand the customer base through prospection activities.

Tasks and responsibilities :

Work in close collaboration with our active implant experts to start and follow-up on projects.

Understand customer needs to draft relevant proposals.

Establish quotes in collaboration with involved internal departments and ensure proper follow-up.

Attend tradeshows, workshops, congresses or any other events as required.

Collaborate closely with the R&D department to drive projects successfully.

Report on market situation and technology trends within your area of responsibility.

What our client is looking for :

You have a strong client orientation and a passion for close collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders.

You are self-motivated, proactive, have a result-driven personality and are ready to step into action when required.

You have an open and communicative personality, which fits your ability to work in interdisciplinary teams.

Technical degree or experiences to help you understand electronic or biomedical engineering.

Expertise in medical device development, manufacturing and / or market knowledge.

Entrepreneurial spirit and can-do attitude.

Ability to interact effectively with all levels of associates both internally and externally.

Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, additional languages would be a plus.

30% travel expected.
