Responsibilities

In the role of quality manager, supervise the quality control department and ensure the coordination of all quality activities respecting deadlines, costs, rules of safety, hygiene, environment, ethics and people.

The quality of the adhesion of the integrated management system is considered in relation to standards such as ISO9001 and RC14001.

As a leader in operational excellence, set up and manage continuous improvement across all of the company's activities.

  • Define the roles and responsibilities of the quality control teams.
  • Set objectives and steering indicators in relation to the objectives of the site and the group.
  • Optimize resources by the versatility of teams.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and competencies and establish N-1 staff training plan.
  • Operations
  • Quality Manager : Follow customer complaints.Manage nonconformities by definition of non-compliance, decision of non-compliance, preventive / corrective action for nonconformities, and treatment of nonconforming goods.
  • Monitor and report incidents, including some treatments / investigations.Organize and actively participate in the maintenance of the integrated quality system (definitions, planning, audits, reports and action plan)

  • Operating Excellence Leader : Implement, with managers, tools for continuous improvement for the management and improvement of processes.
  • To allow the reinforcement of the culture of operational excellence throughout the site by the transversal exchange of good practices

    Dans le rôle de responsable qualité, superviser le département de contrôle qualité et assurer la coordination de toutes les activités liées à la qualité en respectant les délais, coûts, règles de sécurité, d’hygiène, d’environnement, de l’éthique et des personnes.

    Est considéré dans la qualité l’adhérence du système de management intégré face aux normes telles que ISO9001 et RC14001.

    En qualité de leader de l’excellence opératoire, mettre en place et piloter l’amélioration continue sur l’ensemble des activités de la société.

  • Fixer les objectifs et les indicateurs de pilotage en lien avec les objectifs du site et du groupe.
  • Optimiser les ressources par la polyvalence des équipes.
  • Mener les évaluations de performances et compétences et établissement du plan de formation du personnel N-1.
  • Opérationnelles
  • Quality Manager : Suivre les réclamations clients.Gérer des non-conformités par la définition de non-conformité, décision de non-
  • conformité, action préventive / corrective pour les non-conformités, et traitement de la marchandise non-conforme.Suivre et faire le bilan périodique des incidents, y compris certains traitements / investigations.

    Organiser et participer activement au maintien du système qualité intégré (définitions, planification, audits, rapports et plan d’actions)

  • Operating Excellence Leader : Mettre en place, avec les responsables, d’outils d’amélioration continue pour le pilotage et l’amélioration des processus.
  • Permettre le renforcement de la culture de l’excellence opératoire sur l’ensemble du site par l’échange transversal des bonnes pratiques

    Qualifications

  • Engineer in Chemistry and / or Process.
  • 5 years of experience in the use and deployment of continuous improvement tools (LSS, Kaizen, Gemba, ...).
  • Sensitivity to EHS & S aspects and their application.
  • Team spirit and ability to adapt to a large cultural mix.
  • Language : French perfectly, English for Group communications, German one more.
  • Ingénieur en Chimie et / ou Processus.
  • 5 ans d’expérience dans l’utilisation et le déploiement des outils de l’amélioration continue (LSS, Kaizen, Gemba, ).
  • Sensibilité aux aspects EHS&S et leur application.
  • Esprit d’équipe et capacité de s’adapter à une grande mixité culturelle.
  • Langue : Français parfaitement, Anglais pour les communications Groupe, Allemand un plus.
