Integrated into the CA Corporate and Investment Banking team in Geneva, the Global Relationship Manager will have the following responsibilities :

Active role in the further development and growth process of his portfolio (Multi-National Clients and Swiss Corporates).

Active coverage of and business origination with existing client base.

Acquisition of new client relationships.

This Role recovers the following missions :

  • Overall responsibility for portfolio assigned, accountable for results, and focusing on value creation
  • Active support in the coverage activities towards strategic clients
  • Market the full range of the bank's products and act as the bank's representative to the client typically up to management or board level
  • Strengthen the strategic dialogue with the client generating and increasing income and market the full range of the bank's products and services in the areas of Global Markets, DOD, Structured Finance and International Trade & Transaction Banking and when applicable GIB
  • Develop client account plans for each client considering client needs, business potential, and appropriate risk allocation
  • Originating, leading, negotiating and closing of new transactions in close co-operation with the relevant product specialists and sales
  • Conduction of KYC / on-boarding process and ongoing maintenance
  • Interaction and coordination with various internal support functions (Risk
  • Management, Legal, Compliance, Financial Security)
  • Maintenance of implementation of internal policies and procedures
  • Other ad hoc tasks and / or relevant responsibilities

    Niveau d'études minimum

    Bac + 5 / M2 et plus

    Formation / Spécialisation

    Advanced academic degree such as MBA, economics, law, or comparable

    Minimum 6+ years' experience in a similar role within a service orientated and customer focused position in a financial services sector, preferably in Switzerland- Proven ability to build and develop client relationships, win new business, close transactions and develop networks, both internally and externally- Thorough understanding of capital markets and corporate finance products, transaction and investment banking
