SUPERVISORSenior Director, Value, Access & Pricing ExecutionMultiple Myeloma & LymphomaAs we prepare for numerous in-line and pipeline product launches, we are seeking an Associate Director to join our Global Market Access team (Value Access & Pricing Execution), focussing on the Multiple Myeloma & Lymphoma franchise.

Please note : We have the scope to hire at Director-level, should you have the sufficient experience / knowledge / gravitasUsing your demonstrable experience in pharmaceutical Pricing and Market Access (preferably in the areas of Hematology, Oncology, Immunology or other innovative and complex treatments), you will lead a wide range of activities to demonstrate the value of BMS products in Multiple Myeloma and Lymphoma (MML) as to ensure that patients have timely access to these treatments.

As Director / Associate Director (D-AD), you will lead the implementation of pricing and market access (P&MA) strategies for BMS in-line brands Revlimid, Pomalyst / Imnovid and Empliciti (including new combination indications).

Working closely with global VAP strategy leads and cross-functional colleagues, you will prepare and support affiliates in the execution of P&MA strategies )from starting 12 months pre-launch and extending through the product lifecycle).

Part of your remit will be to ensure the successful and sustainable affiliate implementation of P&MA strategies as to maximize commercial opportunity - this includes on-time patient accessand appropriate readiness for each new indication.

You will also play a key role in the launch and lifecycle management event,effective engagement and insight exchange between global and affiliate teams (as to inform business decisions and drive functional performance at all levels).

We are seeking you to directly engage with core and extended market affiliates outside of the USA, including Western Europe, Canada and Japan.

Rest-of World markets are indirectly supported through the VAP Intercontinental team. DutiesSupport strategy development by global VAP teamInput to MML portfolio (IMiD, CelMoD) and product strategy (e.

g. value proposition development), championing extended market affiliate perspectives as neededIdentify data gaps and evidence generation needs, working with VAP Strategy, HEOR and Medical Affairs to strengthen value propositions as the competitive environment evolvesMonitor market and competitive pricing and access developments to shape the development of pricing and contracting strategies, including early access programs.

Create and manage VAP execution tools, structures and processesPrepare and update VAP management and reporting tools (e.g.

Business Case Tracker) for progress tracking, interacting with VAP Strategy, HEOR and affiliate leadsOversee regular reporting on VAP performance vs.

pricing and access targets and frameworks, working closely with VAP Analytics teams Understand and deliver insight to meet affiliate key success factors for launch (product value proposition, value package, environment shaping, competitive landscape)Disseminate value packages to in-line with affiliate timing needsPlan, organize and execute affiliate training sessions (e.

g. disease, treatments, competitors, clinical value, value proposition, negotiation).Drive VAP strategy executionDevelop pricing frameworks and annual price targets in collaboration with the Worldwide Pricing team and MML Pricing Analytics leads, including floors, clusters and access scheme models (e.

g. innovative managed entry agreements)Optimize launch sequencing, assessing price-volume trade-offs and price referencing implications, identifying opportunities to accelerate or delay launchesReview HTA submission strategy and list / net pricing for priority markets prior to submissionSupport affiliate business cases for pricing framework exceptions, in collaboration with MML Pricing Analytics leadsInput into business planning (short-, mid- and long-term) and ongoing analytics (e.

g. reference pricing simulations, scenario analyses), with MML Pricing Analytics leads.The D-AD is part of both the worldwide MML VAP Execution and the Hematology WW Pricing and Execution teams.

The D-AD is expected to identify and apply best practices from other products or therapy areas and engage affiliates, considering synergies with other products.

    5 years’ experience in Market Access, Pricing and Commercial roles in international and affiliate teams with deep international knowledgeCurrent pricing & reimbursement knowledge of the major markets and the requirements to achieve successful results in each (Western Europe, Japan, Canada)Understanding of the dynamics, potential and trends in managed entry agreements, contracting, reference pricing and pricing conditions (e.
