Voltimum is searching for a rockstar Head of Marketing based in Germany to join our rapidly
expanding team. Reporting into the Regional Managing Director, the role requires a hands-on
marketing leader who can hit the ground running and take the lead on all marketing initiatives
within the region which includes Germany, Turkey, Austria and Switzerland. The Head of Marketing
will own the creation, implementation, optimization and reporting of customer marketing projects
and campaigns alongside delivering on KPIs including audience growth and lead generation within
the business whilst managing a team.
Lead your team, consisting of marketing managers, graphic & web design, project management and our electrician.
Ensure all booked campaigns & (online) events on Voltimum are executed and perform perfectly.
Manage and grow the Voltimum user database while working closely with your team and other regions / central team to improve email performance (open / click / etc.).
Manage all social media accounts including growth strategy.
Continually use your SEO skills to improve content on our platforms and websites
Introduce new digital initiatives to help Voltimum achieve its goals. (database size, users, page views, sessions etc.).
Be our expert on all digital trends (tools / apps / etc.).
Monitor the market and market peers. Identify opportunities to remain the best provider in the market. On all platforms.
Align consequently with our central marketing director on key initiatives.
You have at least 3 years' experience as a marketing executive and know how to drive and develop your people.
You can manage a large number of projects and initiatives in parallel.
You have experience in campaign management, email marketing and databases.
You know how to increase KPIs. (like open rates, click through rates, and engagement).
You have strong social / digital skills
You love digital innovation; you are not satisfied with the traditional marketing and communication model. You love leading digital transformation.
You have a good understanding of social platforms, channels and networks such as Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
You have experience working with CMS systems and of course Google Analytics.
You have significant online marketing experience including the technologies you use
You have already set up successful digital marketing strategies and plans to meet business objectives
You have a conceptual, analytical mindset
You have an entrepreneurial mindset and strong communication and negotiation skills
You have excellent German and English language skills
