Job Description

Member of the cross-functional Global Brand Team (GBT) for a Respiratory launch asset who works in close collaboration with Global Program Team (GPT) and CPOs to maximize brand value across all customer groups.

Provides leadership to brand team on all aspects of development and execution of commercial strategy and launch strategy for assigned brand.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :

  • Lead the design of market research studies using primary and secondary data and competitive intelligence. Drives new insights through integration of data from all customer groups.
  • Design war gaming / simulation scenarios to identify trends, opportunities and threats for product group and proposes corresponding measures.

  • Lead development of brand strategy across all customer groups. Ensure alignment of development, regulatory and Pricing & market Access.
  • Develop sales forecasts scenarios and sensitivity analyses across a portfolio or brands. Lead brand communication - drive product messaging and communication strategies across customer groups.

  • Provide timely input to product development, including formulation and packaging. Develop pricing options based on market trends and payer insights.
  • Create and lead execution of key expert development program. Contribute to Stakeholder mapping. Lead the development of full-

    scale communication plans across the product life cycle.

  • Lead the development and Launch of new campaigns that appropriately target customer groups including payers. Provide leadership to design and delivery of marketing mix, balancing ROI with brand KPIs.
  • Lead marketing related pilots and share best practices across the organization. Manage associates (as assigned) to ensure effective performance, as well as talent development.
  • Minimum requirements

    What you’ll bring to the role :

  • University degree in Science and / or degree in Business Marketing or Clinical Research.
  • 6+ years’ operational marketing experience with focus on extensive product / brand management including customer facing / sales experience.
  • English fluent, additional language a plus.
  • Desirable requirements :

  • Experience in Asthma / Respiratory disease area is preferred along with some specialty marketing experience.
  • US market knowledge / experience (ideally launch experience) is an Advantage
