  • A challenging position within Alternative Investments for Credit Suisse Asset Management ( CSAM ) as a Product Specialist, working across all of our Alternative Investment strategies
  • Opportunity to serve as liaison between Portfolio Management Teams, CSAM Distribution Teams, and internal Credit Suisse channels (Global Markets, Private Bank) to identify client opportunities, pre-
  • qualify prospects, conduct initial meetings, explain the investment philosophy, process and performance of specific investment products, coordinate follow-

    ups, and organize conferences and roadshows

  • Understand competitor offerings and provide dedicated feedback to senior Portfolio Managers to provide competitive analysis
  • Identify trends in marketplace and work with senior Fund management and product development to develop new strategies, structures and products
  • Collect, organize, tabulate marketing / meeting data with other senior specialists to present to senior PMs, distribution team, and Credit Suisse management team to ensure they have up to date feedback regarding product line-up
  • Sound understanding of various fund legal structures and local regulations are an advantage

  • You have a ( university) degree or equivalent, preferably in Economics, Finance or a related field
  • Ideally 10+ years’ experience in a client facing roles such as sales, marketing, client portfolio manager, or capital markets role which you have preferably gathered within an asset management or investment banking organization, preferably with experience in Alternative Investments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to succinctly explain complex ideas
  • Strong team player with the ability to work with all levels of seniority of colleagues and across all functions / business lines
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with senior professionals
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
  • Extraordinary organizational skills and ability to prioritize between high level projects or initiatives for self and colleagues / staff
  • Independent work style, high self-motivation in an international environment
  • You are fluent in English and German, any other languages are a plus
