PRACTICE MANAGEMENT :

  • Building and growing SALESFORCE practice as per target and future market focus
  • Align SALESFORCE practice growth strategy with overall enterprise applications focus and firm's business strategy
  • Serve as a People Manager for people within Salesforce Delivery Leadership capability
  • Provide meaningful mentoring and advising to members of the practice
  • Coordinates with various vertical business units and global sales teams to drive the overall competency growth
  • Talent acquisition and development
  • Actively support sales opportunities by leveraging solutions, offerings and services and translate them into strong value proposition for clients and help win most deals
  • Effectively monitor the overall practice resources to drive them towards being relevant to SALESFORCE technologies and market needs at all times
  • Contribute industry expertise and understanding of client business
  • DELIVERY MANAGEMENT :

  • Manage Delivery of the Engagement with good client satisfaction
  • Meet revenue targets
  • Support delivery teams to ensure Customer Service Delivery Excellence
  • Perform oversight of large-scale, complex software delivery project / program management on client engagements
  • Engage directly with senior client stakeholders as an Accountable Executive on our most transformational engagements
  • 10+ years experience with relevant experience in CRM
  • Demonstrated experience of minimum 5+ years in having managed a large SALESFORCE Engagement / Program
  • Skill Exposure around SALESFORCE (hands-on expertise), Siebel and MS Dynamics in advantage
  • Passion for building SALESFORCE and other software solutions with state of the art technology
