Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.Facilitate ideation workshops and conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
Identify continuous process improvement opportunities proactively to exceed Commercial Excellence goals considering customers benefit and profitability.
Be instrumental in improvement of relevant applications in coordination with process experts and key usersBe up-to-date on software releases, support and innovation from the provider.
Solution Development, delivery and release managementPerform requirements analysis and securing demand to ensure that requirements will be implemented within standard or out-of-the-box functionality.
Produce detailed requirement specifications including acceptance criteria. Assess solution and options through business case processes.
