A Day in the LifeWe offer you a position where you will develop key accounts for all Cranial / Spinal technologies (implants, navigation (StealthStation), 3D-imaging (O-arm), robotics (MAZOR), drills (MIDAS-REX), services, etc.
in the defined sales territory (Ostschweiz). You will develop the market and bring our therapies closer to customers and patients.
Main tasks / responsibilities* Achieve sales revenue and profit targets by building key account relationships, managing account potentials and coordinating sales support activities* Complete CST product portfolio (EnablingTech, Therapy, Capital, Services)* Close cooperation with Neurosurgical , Trauma and Orthopedic Departments, C-suites* Assigned geographic region "Ostschweiz"* Identify and develop account potentials, account segmentation planning, documentation in CRM (salesforce.
com)* Prioritize of account activities and negotiate ressources with DM (District Sales Manager) or CM (Country Sales Manager)* Identify, map and build relationship with all key decision makers and influencers, including sub-specialists, and particular chief of Neurosurgery / Orthopedic department and C-suite* Negotiate contract and terms, close deals* Manage all account sales processes on prioritized accounts* Identify account potential for defined product scope* Develop account sales strategy and plan according account segmentation concept with long-, medium- and short-term perspective* Interfaces with Marketing, Therapy Sales Specialists, Capital Sales Specialists, GPO managers and RTG IHS (Integrated Hospital Solutions)Internal and administrative* Reports all account, market and competitive information and trends and metrics in a comprehensive, complete and timely fashion.
Provides minimum, but regular activity report to district manager. Attends all required regional and national meetings.
Must Haves* Multiple years of successful Sales experience, ideally in the medical device industry / life-science / pharma environment* High relationship building skills on department chief level* Strong negotiation and communiation skills* Professional fluency in English and German (ideally including Swiss German) in writing and in speech* Be a Therapy expert in at least one of the relevant areas* Team player attitude and ability to cooperate within a team* Ability to work independently and without supervision* Full clean driver's license* Computer literacy* Location in Ostschweiz (Zürich, St.
Gallen, Thurgau, etc.) or willingness to relocateNice to Haves* Clinical and / or technical background* Key Account Management skills (KAM)* General product and Therapy knowledge of the defined product scope* Proven ability to operate in a matrix environment and work effectively with sales force, physicians, nurses and hospital technicians.
