My client is one of the leading banking companies in Switzerland and is looking for a Customer Service Manager / Change Manager.
This is a one-year contract in its Basel offices. If you are interested in the position, then please check the criteria below :
Possible Tasks :
Act as focal point for customer liaison and asset delivery, provide an interface between Information Management services and its internal customers
Drive the incident, problem, software management and fleet management processes
change and request management processes
Support Team leader on operational, project and control function activities
Main contact for all operational aspects of the IT Service Desk external provider
Process and monitor IT Service Requests.
Providing second level support via email and / or phone
Assisting IT Service Desk external provider in minimizes the impact of incidents and problems
Organize the purchasing of hardware based on business needs and coordinates systematic renewal of hardware
Write up guidelines and provide training
What is required :
Solid customer service skills with a proactive customer and service orientation
Proven, solid experience for providing 2nd Level support via phone / ticketing system
Confident, self-driven and enthusiastic
Broad experience in analyzing state of hardware, as well as ordering and / or renewing hardware and incident management (fleet management)
Ability to effectively balance workload of providing excellent customer service while attending to on-going operational tasks
Strong communications skills to enable delivery of clear communication to different audiences, stakeholders and C-level
Solid experience with ITIL
What is nice to have :
Proven track of participation in Assessments; Internal Audits; External audits; Internal Control Framework activities as assigned
Ability to generate and run reports highlighting inadequate data quality which routinely needs to be followed up
Duration : 1 year
Start date : As soon as possible
Pay rate : 50-65 CHF / hour, depending on experience
