Job Description
Reporting to the Global Head of Customer Education & Training and supporting our Global Medical Aesthetics Business Unit, this role will be responsible for developing off-line and digital content for Education and Training purposes globally.
Job Responsibilities
Act as an expert on the aesthetic use of Botulinum toxin, Biostimulators and Hyaluronic Acid products
Maintain up to date level of knowledge of Botulinum toxin, Biostimulators and Hyaluronic acid products by means of regular and continuous review of information of own and competitor products
Produce, coordinate, and manage content for training and education purposes
Ensure the integrity of all scientific data used in all training materials by close collaboration with GMA
Create content for training and education for new launches
Create content for online Customers training and education
Collaborate with education and learning agencies as needed
In collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, ensure compliance with Galderma code of ethics and local and international standards and regulatory requirements for medical device, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetic products
Requirements
University Degree in Science, Pharmacy, Nursing or Medicine
Graduate training in Dermatology, Surgery or Aesthetic Medicine is an advantage
Previous experience in Medical Aesthetics is preferred
Minimum 10 years of experience in an international pharmaceutical company in the similar role
Ability to create the content for training and education purposes
Knowledge of international regulations and GCP of medical device, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetic products
Demonstrated ability to work as an individual contributor and as a member or leader of a team
Proven verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work cross-functionally and cross culturally
Fluency in English
