    For our Office in Basel , Switzerland, we need an organized, committed and self-motivated professional. We are currently looking for a

    Key Account Specialist Off-Price EMEA (m / f / d)

    The primary objective of this position is to manage some of the biggest accounts in the off-price business (TK Maxx, Best Secret etc.

    It contains all administrative work, the customer relationship and coordinates all relevant processes.

    Your impact :

  • Build and maintain various reports to include quantity recap and net margin analysis to assist in meeting sales objectives
  • Coordinate with the Demand- and Outlet Planning Teams the needs for the Off-Price Business
  • Support offer creation and submit to Off-Price customers
  • Control Sales Order Flow e.g. monitoring orders / backorders in cooperation with central warehouse and Supply Chain Team
  • Manage and coordinate door approvals for all brands
  • Provide account support e.g. training material, product imagery, brand imagery etc.
  • Manage key figures (sales, returns, on order and margins) and review sales results to ensure objectives are met
  • Collect customer’s sales reports and present to the Head of Sales
  • Prepare and attend customer’s meetings
  • Coordinate the Marketing Planning with Key Customers
  • Maintain Selective Distribution agreements incl. Terms and Conditions
  • Who you are :

  • 2-3 years experience in Commercial Area or Account Management
  • Ideally university degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proficient knowledge of computer skills such as documents, spreadsheets, presentations and access
  • SAP knowledge preferred
  • Strong initiative and communication skills
  • Organized, structured and with strong analytical skills
  • Intercultural experience and ability to act in a complex and rapidly changing business
  • Fluent in English, German desirable, 3rd language a plus
