Minimum of 5 years’ Brand PR experience (agency or client side) or experience in communications

Position Summary

The Brand PR Manager will implement the Global Brand PR programs based on Nespresso brand initiatives. In addition, (s)he will develop PR activities to inform and excite external stakeholders about the company’s activities in line with business priorities to positively shape public perception, enhance brand image and brand equity and protect reputation to establish Nespresso as the most desired and responsible coffee brand.

A day in a life of a Brand PR Manager :

  • Develop and coordinate global PR activities and guidelines for key campaigns in B2C and B2B
  • Drive coffee expertise, sustainability, innovation and services coverage by assessing PR potential of key projects / launches and recommending PR strategies accordingly
  • Develop and manage international PR platforms, toolkits, press releases, messaging, Q&As as well as sharable social content for key campaigns for markets
  • Develop and implement creatives PR strategies and approaches to bring alive key brand initiatives and product launches in an impactful and engaging way
  • Lead the global Nespresso influencer strategy to drive advocacy and develop adhoc engagement programmes and support markets in driving impactful local influencer strategy
  • Leverage international and local brand events and sponsorships PR-wise to gain public attention and to support the brand building and engagement process
  • What will make you successful

  • University Degree in Communications, PR or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years’ Brand PR experience (agency or client side) or experience in communications with clear results in brand building and / or reputation management
  • Strong understanding of Brand Communications
  • Ability to manage PFME, budget reconciliation efficiently and Stakeholder management in a matrix organization
  • Knowledge of principles & methods for PR or Corporate Communications
  • Fluent in French and English, any other language is an asset
