We are seeking Programme Management Professionals who are able to lead large parts of a change agenda as we look to transform our organisation.
The role will work closely with stakeholders across Thomson Reuters to drive customer and business outcomes through strong planning processes, governance, transparency, accountability, and speed in the design and implementation processes.
The role will define, scope, and manage large, complex programs while managing significant uncertainty and will work with senior management to ensure business objectives are achieved.
These positions are based in Zug, Switzerland but locations in North America will be considered.
About the role
In this opportunity as Programme Management Lead, you will :
Lead a team to ensure we are delivering a great end to end customer experiences, looking at both technical and business readiness.
Coach and develop teams to ensure we deliver both operating and financial outcomes we are seeking
Build deep partnerships with key partners across the organization
Set an operating rhythm for the team and organization to ensure effective decision making and information flow, for the leadership team and key partners.
Monitor the progress of key strategic priorities to ensure we are meeting our OKRs, timelines and budgets.
Measure and report on the business impact we are making and manage our financial budget.
Help the cross-functional team prioritize to ensure we are delivering on most important work and resources are aligned with priorities.
Lead process and change management to accompany digital product releases, with focus on end to end readiness and business transformation.
You’re a fit for the role of Programme Management Lead if you have 10+ years in programme management and change management (with at least 3+ years in digital environments) in addition to the following skills :
Role models a deep focus on our customers, internal and external, to understand their needs, communicate in ways that make an impact, and measure what matters most.
Strong digital acumen understands what’s required to release digital products (both technical and business readiness), concepts of MVPs and rapid experimentation, and has worked in agile environments.
Understanding of the use of modern technologies like RPA, AI / ML, Chatbots etc. and their best use in end to end customer service
Experience leading change and program operations in a digital environment for 3+ years
Knows how to build strategic relationships and influence partners across the organization.

Understands interdependencies between teams, with a process to understand status, identify risk and build mitigations plans as needed

Demonstrates end to end thinking and execution to drive successful outcomes, at the release and at organization level
Skilled in defining the outcomes we want to achieve in the long term and build a sequenced cadence to enable us to deliver on the plans.
Is able to deeply understand the problem, identify needs of stakeholders and proactively communicate in a way to perpetuates our strategic message and instils confidence
Able to define expectations for the team, coach and develop employees, and have tough conversations when necessary
Able to attract and hire top talent to the organization as needed
Defines what success looks like and measures progress towards goal
