We are transforming HR for the people, the business, the function Nestlé, Dubai, United Arab Emirates Or Virtual Location ( within the Middle East and Africa region Nestlé Offices) Undefined period of time, 100% Deadline for Applications : 7th January 2019 Start date : March 2019 In the context of our HR Transformation, we are strengthening our Total Rewards function and are creating regional Centres of Competence (CoC) which will deliver a high quality portfolio of Total Rewards services.

We are looking for a Total Rewards Project Manager for the CoC for Middle East and Africa based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Reporting to the Regional Head of CoC Total Rewards, you will be responsible for managing projects in the area of Total Rewards across the Region in line with corporate guidance and M&E initiatives.

In this role, you also contribute to the design and delivery of innovative and business-relevant solutions to Total Rewards issues arising in Markets, Businesses or Functions.

A Day in the Life of a Total Rewards Project Manager

  • Develop expertise within the Regional CoC team and NiM Total Rewards organizations to drive excellence in Project Management across the Region;
  • you are recognized as a project management expert

  • Ensure proper Project implementation tracking for all projects (including those being undertaken within the Compensation or Benefits teams) for the Region Total Rewards COC Management
  • Lead projects aimed to optimize and improve total rewards programs in one or more Countries / Markets or throughout the Region, covering content areas such as but not limited to Job Analysis and Job Evaluation, Recognition, Rewards Governance, Gender Pay / Equal Pay, Living Wage, Transparency, Total Rewards Reviews, Communication, HR Technology breakthrough, etc.
  • Identify and execute appropriate stakeholder management initiatives to address internal customers’ expectations for assigned Total Rewards Projects.
  • Facilitate effective communication at all levels with the relevant stakeholders

  • Identify and escalates capability gap requirements within markets in order to drive immediate resource gap closures and de-
  • risk project implementation

  • Facilitate sharing of best practices for project implementation between Markets, both within the Region and across Regions
  • Integrate knowledge transfer, resource needs and service coordination between Markets, COCs, COSs and Corporate Functions as required
  • Recommend project re-prioritization / sequencing changes as necessary based on assessment of market readiness and / or validated risks
  • What will make you successful

  • University Degree or equivalent
  • HR functional knowledge expertise in C&B, Global Mobility, Payroll or Shared Services
  • 5+ years’ experience in Human Resources either in a large corporation with progressive people practices and / or a consulting company
  • Experience in Employee Cost Management / Budgeting / KPIs (Creation and use of metrics)
  • Experience of SAP HR (preferably payroll systems as well)
  • Experience in implementing HR practices across business units / organisation
  • Expertise in Employment law & labor regulations
  • Microsoft Office - expertise in MS Project as well as advanced knowledge of Excel / Powerpoint etc.
  • Proven project management skills at an overall market / region level
  • Qualification in Project Management tools / techniques is an advantage
