For our office in Zurich, we are looking for a Client Engineering Consultantwith the following areas of responsibility :
Manage the technical support relationship between the customer and Lenovosales teams
Solution and coordination together with 2nd level support of all technicalrelated issues with the customer's client hardware enviroment
Position Requirements :
Combination of technical and consultancy experience and ability to managemultiple customer situations
Microsoft SCCM prefered
PC architecture knowledge and in depth knowledge of current Windowsoperating systems
Interested in learning of future Microsoft workplace technologies &solutions
Windows 10 engineering, diagnostics and trouble shooting
Excellent German and good English skills, ability to communicate in Frenchwould be an advantage
