Bank Lombard Odier & Co Ltd in Geneva is looking for a candidate to fulfil the following mission statement :

Data and Reporting Analyst

  • We report on the evolution of LOIM’s Assets under Management and Revenues to various internal stakeholders (Senior Management, Business Development, Product Development) as well as to clients and prospects;
  • We manage LOIM’s revenue processes and implement LOIM’s transfer pricing policies. We provide Financial Planning and Analysis to LOIM’s business lines, management committee, and to the Lombard Odier Group.


  • Data preparation and quality control (facts and dimensions) to feed our reporting systems;
  • Troubleshoot issues with our internal data providers (IT, Operations, Business Dev);
  • Produce and re-engineer regular and ad-hoc reports prepared for Senior Management, Business Development and Investment teams;
  • Play a key role in the preparation of Revenue forecasts;
  • Drive various projects, e.g. improvement of existing data management processes, source data and design reports that address new business requirements;

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the asset management industry;
  • Genuine interest for information systems and investment;
  • Experience working with large datasets and building reports;
  • Strong technical skills, including an excellent knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel / Access), Cognos ReportNet, Alteryx and Tableau;
  • Strong attention to detail, precision and analytical skills;
  • Curious, flexible, open minded, solutions oriented;
  • Team player with good communication skills;
  • Fluent, both written and orally, in English and French;
  • Residence in Switzerland.
