  • ASPIRE is a multi-year program which aims at defining and developing one global functional ERP in order to simplify, standardize and automate business processes and systems by using SAP’s, industry and available Roche best practices.

    It aims at enabling Roche to be sustainably successful in the future by streamlining and simplifying its business model and systems globally covering the following on harmonizing and standardizing processes and global master data, simplifying the system landscape and interfaces, optimizing data maintenance and data sharing to realize efficiencies and digitalizing and automating data processes.

    As ASPIRE Business Partner Master Data Lead you are responsible to create and implement the strategies and alignment of timelines for the business partner master data within the ASPIRE program and you collect master data requirements for business partners from the e2e business workshops.

    Together with the respective BPOs and IT you coordinate the delivery of solutions that enable the collection, processing and management of information from one or more sources to support key business processes.

    You are reporting to the Aspire Business Master Data Lead and are responsible together with the IT Master Data Lead to deliver create, change and delete processes and data models, including definitions for master data based on the master data requirements from the streams.

    As ASPIRE BP Master Data Lead you challenge results from the business point of view, and actively participate in exploring improvement and best practice opportunities, identifies and document process improvement / harmonization / standardization / best practice opportunities and issues, and conduct impact analysis and make recommendations.

    In this role you ensure a high quality standard of all work products and deliverables, conduct business community process walk through and workshops, you help to develop detailed business requirements based on inputs from workshops, interviews, etc.

    You develop, document and review procedures and are accountable for test strategies for business partner. You provide inside-knowledge of business processes, policies and requirements.

    Your primary responsibilities include :

  • Represent and ensure corporate master data governance by liaising with the wider organization to ensure the master data governance is implemented
  • Collaborates with other master data works stream leads to ensure cross stream alignment
  • Provides input on re-engineering recommendations based on business experience and design and integration issues based on knowledge and previous implementation experience
  • Guide the development and implementation of data quality standards and requirements across the stream
  • Promote the value of a master data management focused culture / mindset and monitor & communicate conformance with master data policies
  • Partner with organizations outside of ASPIRE scope to understand, connect & integrate Master Data entities with leading systems outside of S / 4 within the respective stream
  • Who you are?

    You have 5+ years of hands on experience with vendor and customer master data, preferably in Pharma / healthcare industry and expert knowledge in master data management.

    Further you possess Project Management experience, knowledge of Agile and Scrum is desirable

    You bring the following qualifications :

  • Strong analytical thinking, focus on the result, love to work in teams and ability to prioritize and organize work effectively
  • Proven track record of introducing and delivering innovative solutions in the Master Data area with the ability to manage demanding timelines and operate in a complex environment
  • Experience in managing stakeholder partnerships, focusing on the fundamentals of reliability and credibility
  • Ability to establish a solid network and work effectively across organizational boundaries
  • Good knowledge of SAP MDG, S / 4 HANA and Solution Manager (desirable)
  • C-level fluency in English is a must, any additional language is a plus
