Are you looking for an exciting new challenge? In this broad and dynamic role, you drive and execute complex regional and global sourcing projects related to Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Information Technology Professional Services Outsourcing (ITO)
The opportunity to implement associated category sourcing and vendor strategies and roadmaps
You act as trusted first point of contact for business stakeholders with respect to Outsourcing plans, eligible Outsourcing vendors, and related sourcing activities
Develop credibility and operate as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor for Outsourcing sourcing matters and processes (e.
g., sourcing strategy, solutions, options, business case, compliance requirements, etc.)
Challenge Outsourcing project default assumptions, and present ideas and options, in order to support the best possible long-
term strategic Outsourcing and sourcing outcome for the Bank
Own successful Outsourcing vendor contract negotiations and risk-mitigated contract creation / documentation, liaising and collaborating with all relevant stakeholder groups across the bank (legal, tax, compliance control groups, finance, IT, etc.
to ensure contractual risk mitigation and compliance
Provide Outsourcing sourcing category market trend / innovation / vendor insights and best practices to internal stakeholders and peers
You support upcoming contract renewals, amendments, changes, contract escalations as necessitated by evolving business requirements
You establish and maintain effective and collaborative internal and external sourcing relationships
Drive evolution to effective, innovative contract models (SLA-based Managed Services, Managed Outcomes, output-based agile and DevOps contracting)
Open to discussing flexible / agile working
You Offer :
University degree or equivalent experience
Fluency in English (verbal, written) and preferably German.
At least 8 years of experience prioritizing and negotiating medium to high complexity ITO and BPO sourcing and contracting projects (end-
You have vast experience building and negotiating risk-mitigated deal structures and contracts for local, cross-border and global outsourcing agreements with ITO and BPO vendors
Track record of moving deals from Time & Materials to Fixed Price, Deliverables based, SLA based, and Managed Services contracts
Proven track record of influence, collaboration and relationship-building with globally distributed vendors and senior internal stakeholders
Ability to gather intelligence on market conditions and supply / demand drivers, including strong pricing and cost analysis skills
Excellent source-to-contract related project management, organizational, planning, multi-tasking, financial and data analytics skills
Deep understanding of information systems life cycle management and terminology, including various information systems delivery models and concepts (waterfall, agile, DevOps, etc.)
Advanced MS Excel and MS Word skills (contract authoring, reviewing, redlining). Good MS PowerPoint skills. Solid working experience using electronic Sourcing, Contract Authoring and Management systems
Sourcing / Negotiations designation (CPP / SCMP, CSSP, CISM, equivalent) is a plus
Relevant ITO / BPO vendor-side experience a definite plus
