Currently in the process of rebuilding their platform as microservices running on the AWS infrastructure (this is why they need you!)

The role :

Designing, implementing, and operating the AWS infrastructure for the new microservices-based platform

Evaluating and implementing AWS infrastructure automation solutions

Supporting the engineering teams with creating secure and reliable cloud applications

Promoting, mentoring and facilitating best cloud practices within DevOps and Engineering

Challenging the status quo and continuously improving the production environment

The tech :

Excellent knowledge of the AWS infrastructure required in : Account Management, Networking, IAM, CloudFormation, AWS CLI, AWS SDKs

Experience with AWS services : CloudFront, CloudWatch, S3, Glacier, Kinesis, DynamoDB, Lambda, Route 53, AWS WAF and AWS Shield, Cognito, ELB

Familiarity with Microservice architectures

The soft skills :

Familiarity with agile methodologies and pronounced agile mindset

Strong team player

Fluency in English, German is a plus

Swiss or EU National

Located in or proactively interested in relocating to Switzerland / Zurich
