We Offer

  • Leading a highly critical processing area consisting of 6 teams and approx. 50 employees within Group Messaging, Sanctions and Market Rules with global accountability on service delivery
  • Acting as face-off with respect to Sanctions Screening, Sanctions Handling and Messaging Services globally, aligning closely with the Business Delivery Center handling Switzerland's offshored activities
  • Ensuring production for Group Messaging and Sanctions Services meets quality standards as well as regulatory requirements and continuously optimizes operational efficiency in a highly regulatory and sensitive environment
  • Driving the strategic development of the function in a global context
  • Working closely with Financial Crime Compliance and other global key partners in order to maintain high quality standards in daily business as well as adhere to internal guidelines and market standards
  • Taking over a subject matter expert and project owner role for Group Messaging and Sanctions Services related projects and initiatives
  • Working with and manage internal and external client / vendor relationships
  • Leading by example, encourage and support employees in their personal development, acting as a coach and sparring partner for direct reports and top talents within the organization
  • You Offer

  • University degree
  • Several years of experience and a proven track record in People Management and Project Management in the financial industry
  • Self-motivated personality, comfortable with driving and managing change and with a passion to innovate
  • Outstanding planning, analytical and conceptual skills, combined with excellent problem solving capabilities and decision-making abilities
  • A winning and open personality with a high degree of interpersonal skills combined with an outstanding ability to communicate, especially within a cross-
  • cultural work environment

  • Proven ability to influence and manage a heterogeneous set of stakeholders
  • Dedicated approach and ability to work under pressure in an efficient manner
  • Affinity and Know-How about Banking Operations, Sanctions Screening and Financial Messaging Standards and related systems and processes is beneficial
  • Very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
  • A winning and open personality with excellent interpersonal skills combined with an outstanding ability to communicate and to lead a team
  • Personal integrity, with the initiative and the ability to work as part of a team in an environment that demands excellence, dedication and energy
