To complete oureBusiness Department of our International Headquarter in Vevey (Switzerland),we are currently looking for a GlobalAudience Manager .

In this role, you will ensure that all businesses &markets have a strategy on building, activating and optimizing Audiences.

Youwill build methodologies that will enable global businesses to, with the helpof data, move from existing strategies, to holistic audience planning.

Additionally,you will work with the Global Data & Analytics manager to define how wewill best use available data (1st, 2nd and 3rd party) thus adequately definethe data sourcing strategy.

Finally, with a deep understanding in brandperformance KPIs, you will develop a framework to prove the performance anduplift of our audiences across paid & own channels

Key responsibilities

  • Be responsible for building a clear and actionable audience methodology to support categories & markets
  • Define key research / analytical methodologies that will support audience definitions and build right content methodology to support audiences activations
  • Determine how existing data partnerships will support audiences activations and optimize frameworks that will fuel audience improvements
  • Develop a framework to prove the performance and uplift of our audiences across paid & own channels
  • Support Data Lead in building clear methodology to prove best performing 1st / 2nd / 3rd data in the lens of audience activations
  • Build the right guidance that will enable our agencies / partners to use the right technology (Salesforce DMP, Google Marketing Platform, Facebook Business Manager)
  • Required Profile

  • University degree
  • At least 8 years of experience in Marketing & Digital in FMCG companies
  • Expertise, ideally gained in Digital strategy with digital media / programmatic background
  • Strong ability to manage Stakeholders in an environment of uncertainty, ambiguity and complexity
  • Research methodologies to build targets’ knowledge is mandatory
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, any other European language is a plus
