Exciting opportunity for a skilled technician. We are searching for an ERP Analyst who can meet the evolving needs of our firm.
You will be responsible for customizing and configuring software, while also supporting users, and system development.
What you will do :
Create and maintain users and permissions, provide technical support, maintain the SQL database (log, index, drop temp tables, etc.)
Analyze and solve problems based on data and user feedback
Route and / or escalate requests
Help integrate and implement technical solutions.
Collaborate with the IT manager on projects
Help develop ERP : add / modify fields or functionalities in the ERP IDE, SSRS / SSDT reports, SQL (SSMS), Excel and others.

Education and Experience :
College diploma in computer science (computer technical support)
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar position
Skills :
Enjoys a fast-paced environment
Consistently works at a high level of efficiency
Has excellent organizational skills
Responds effectively to Level 1 requests, and knows how to prioritize
Has excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Analytical, problem solving, results oriented
Flexible and adapts quickly to changing priorities, works well under pressure
Technology :
SQL or VB / C# experience (.NET an asset)
Experience with ERP software (Infor CSI / SyteLine an asset)
Good knowledge of Windows 7, 8,10 and Mac operating systems (an asset)
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite office tools
Good knowledge of computer and printer hardware support
Experience with access point and wireless technology
