Be part of a truly iconic global brand, learn and grow with us. In your role as the Corporate Investment Controller you are responsible for the consistent calculation, reporting & monitoring of investments, projects, related business cases and consult our Management in their decision making.

In addition, the jobholder supports Business Controllers and Planning & Performance Reporting teams.


Your main duties will include the following :

  • Own conceptual framework of the investment controlling and the business case requirements.
  • Support investment prioritization at company level based on a structured process and according KPIs.
  • Define governance, controls and performance measures for investment management.
  • Define corporate investment guidelines, further break down corporate business casing guidelines for specific needs, ensuring consistency and compliance.
  • Develop process to manage investment portfolio.
  • Business case review and follow-up. Analysis to identify profit optimization opportunities for existing and potential new investments / projects.
  • Ensure all elements needed to track business cases in a consistent way are in place (e.g. system setups, etc.).
  • Perform indirect cost controlling at G&A level focusing on assigned functions. Deliver management reporting and effectively communicate key performance insights with presenting options for cost optimizations.

    We are looking for a motivated talent, who brings along the following background :

  • University degree / Education, preferably in business administration, finance or similar
  • Min. 5 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting
  • Experience in investment controlling, business casing and project controlling
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Being able to see the big picture as well as ability to dive into details
  • Excellent English proficiency, presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work and interface effectively with all levels of the organization incl. top management
  • Team orientation
  • Strong lateral leadership and change management skills
  • Innovative and creative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude
