Alcon, the global leader in eye care, is excited to be introducing a new Dry Eye Devices business unit in 2019. This is a unique opportunity to join the new Dry Eye Devices US sales force and play an essential role in launching and establishing Alcon’s leadership position in this rapidly growing space.

This individual will be responsible for owning the end-to-end sales process from initial lead generation, installation / training, and post-

sale account management within a designated market area for an exciting and growing technology portfolio consisting of both capital equipment and disposables.Responsibilities :

  • Drive sales performance for dry eye products
  • Create sales focused business plans for the assigned Territory, and execute these plans
  • Implement marketing plans, promotions and programs
  • Manage the entire selling process
  • Partner with US Training and Professional Affairs and provide training of our product portfolio to key customers
  • Manage the territory financial budget
