Responsibilities The Assistant Relationship Manager will report to the Team Head Poland.

You will be required to prepare the account opening and prepare the documentation for submission to CERA and CDM.

You will also prepare the Credit Applications for submission to the Credit Committee, as well draft investment proposals in Polish, in cooperation with the Advisory Team.

Furthermore, you will assist with the preparation of marketing material and will provide an input on securities and FX orders, deposits, loan renewals, etc.

You will show a proactive attitude to liaise with Credit, Compliance, and Middle Office, to provide the account statements, balances, etc., and execute payments.

Finally, the job holder will give input on travel reports and assist with ad hoc matters such as tax reports, credit cards, confirmation letter, and loan agreements.

Must Have Requirements To be deemed suitable for this role, you must have a Bachelor degree or equivalent by experience.

Due to the nature of the role, you must have the ability to adapt to change, deal with challenging situations, and work in a fast-paced environment.

This position requires that you speak fluently English, German, and Polish.

Nice To Have Requirements French would be an asset.
