KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

As a UX Manager you will have the unique opportunity to run the development and optimisation of various online sales journeys across Europe, while contributing to the development and evolution of iptiQ's white label online sales capabilities.

In this role you will have the chance to use your e-commerce and digital marketing expertise to develop and optimise online sales journeys, while advising and guiding iptiQ's partners in developing their own innovative digital propositions.

Your work should help our partner's become successful in driving consumer engagement through our white labelled online sales platform and efficiently deliver on their sales targets.

These are some of the activities you will be driving in this role :

  • Design and innovate online sales journeys for our life insurance products
  • Responsible for user research, interaction design, usability and prototyping journey variances
  • Define sales optimisation approaches using A / B testing techniques
  • Continuously liaise with our development team to drive implementation and further platform work
  • Challenge our IT team on choice of tools and implementation approaches
  • Support further enhancement of our marketing capabilities
  • Be up-to-date on the latest trends and technology available to continuously improve the marketing capabilities of our platform
  • KEY SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience within a similar role
  • Experience designing and developing journey prototypes
  • Proven experience driving optimal sales conversion through online journeys
  • Hands-on proficiency with online sales tools (analytics, A / B testing, lead management, etc)
  • Experience working with eCommerce platforms, preferably in the financial sector
  • Comfortable working closely in partnership with front-end developers
  • Frontend coding skills (HTML / JS / CSS) understanding a must, actual coding skills a definite plus
  • COMPETENCIES

  • Sales mind-set and strong customer focus
  • Hands on, capable of working with no / minimum agency support
  • Solid technical skills with a strong interest in marketing technology
  • A team player, resourceful, action-oriented, innovative, creative and willing to pitch in where needed
  • Ability to analyse data, enjoy running tests to increase conversions through various channels
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to work on several projects simultaneously across teams
  • Proficient in English (other European language a plus)
