In this role you will provide first level client support to the non-discretionary Financial Intermediaries channel including Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs), Investment Brokers and Wealth Managers in the German speaking markets (DACH).
You will act as a dedicated first point of contact for our Distributors. You will ensure a great client experience and either immediate resolution of enquiries, or for more complex requests appropriate and timely handover to the second line of support maintaining a seamless customer experience.
This role will be based at our headquarters in Zurich.
