Minimum qualifications : + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.+ Experience as a subject-matter on diversity and inclusion issues at EMEA level.

  • Experience in the DEI sector alongside direct ERG experience.Preferred qualifications : + Experience developing strategies and delivering results through project management, implementation and evaluation, with extraordinary attention to detail.
  • Experience in managing stakeholders, executive sponsors, or equivalent experience in a client-facing role. + Demonstrated understanding of societal systems of bias and the geopolitical landscape that impacts underrepresented groups and identities.
  • Ability to develop project or intervention roadmap, scope, approach and establish ERG goals with realistic timing, owning outcomes for one large or multiple smaller ERGs and projects.
  • Ability to be viewed as an authority based on the proven depth and breadth of your knowledge of ERGs, and influence DEI topics.
  • The Google People Services, Operations function is the services and program management group within People Operations that makes HR stuff easy and intuitive for Googlers.

    Our global team optimizes people processes, from problem definition to execution. We partner with teams across People Operations and in engineering to bring innovation and technology to the way we attract, retain and grow Googlers worldwide.

    We focus on providing an amazing experience to past, present and future Googlers, and work in Google's fast-paced environment to deliver 100+ operational services, manage the contingent workforce and implement HR programs across 70+ countries.

    Regardless of location or level of experience, members of the Operations team have the opportunity to create, develop and implement some of the most complex global operations around the world.

    Whether recruiting the next Googler, refining our core programs, developing talent, or simply looking for ways to inject some more fun into the lives of our Googlers, we bring a data-driven approach that is reinventing the human resources field.

    You'll play an essential role advancing a more diverse, accessible, equitable, and inclusive Google through our hiring, promotion, retention, and inclusion practices.

  • Serve as key advisor to EMEA Employee Resource Groups.+ Provide strategic guidance and oversight and build relationships with EMEA ERG Leads and Executive Sponsors to ensure alignment with Google diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy.
  • Organize and facilitate regular meetings with ERG Leads and ERG Executive Sponsors to set and align strategy, Objective Key Results, and accelerate results.
  • Capture and share ERG feedback with the EMEA Inclusion team to set and inform strategy for corresponding ERG Leads and ERG Executive Advisors.
